Member Clubs

KA currently represents +/- 50 member club and approximately 1000 individual athletes from a variety of Karate styles including Shotokan, Wado-ryu, Shito-ryu, Goju-ryu, Shorin-ryu, Chito-ryu and Uechi-ryu.

KA works with its member clubs to provide cooperation and collaboration among all styles and to support and train athletes to represent Alberta in a variety of provincial, national and international tournaments using a world class coaching  team with access to national and international championship instructors.  KA strives to be the voice that promotes growth, development and excellence for Karate throughout Alberta.
