• 7:15am – Setup
• 8 am – 10 am – Kata/Para/Team Kata
• 10:15 am – 12:15 pm – Youth & Cadet Kumite
• 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm – Junior Kumite
• 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm – U21/Senior Kumite (take down)
