Agenda:

• 9:00 – 10:00 – Setup
• 10:00 – 12:00 – Kata
• 13:00 – 15:00 – Kumite
• 15:00 – 14:00 – Clean up

Canada Games kata athletes will need to stay after their training session and Canada Games kumite athletes will need to arrive by 11:45 for a Mental Performance session during the lunch break between 12:00 and 13:00. Team Prospects are also welcome to stay and participate.
