Position: 2024-2025 Program Planner
Duration: 2024-2025 Competitive Season (September – August)
Application close: August 22nd, 8PM or until a suitable candidate is found
Salary: $2,000 per year paid quarterly (four installments)
Responsibilities:
Facility Bookings
Communications with: Executive Director, Coaches Committee, Team Manager
Marketing on Social Media
Oversight of Coach Expenses
Oversight of KA Kit ordering
Monthly Newsletter (10 issues per year)
Direct Report: KA Executive Director
One program planner will be selected based applications received. Application selection based on the following:
- Previous volunteer contributions to KA in the above areas
- Skill set & Experience
The position will be chosen based on the applicants by the KA Technical Director and Executive Director.
