Good day Karate Alberta Prospects, and welcome to another exciting season of training and events with eyes set to the 2019 Karate Canada Nationals Championships!
To get us started please download the 2019 Karate Alberta Provincial Team Registration form that we require each of you to complete, and return to us with a passport sized photo. This is a loadable PDF document to facilitate the electronic fill in of your information. Please make sure to review your information is correct before returning the form to the Team Managers.
For all Senior and U-21 team prospects:
- Bring a complete/signed paper copy of the registration form at the training on Sunday, August 26, 2018.
- Email your complete electronic form back to the Team Managers by Friday, Saturday 24, 2018.
For all Junior, Cadet and Youth team prospects:
- Bring a complete/signed paper copy of the registration form at the Seba Kumite Clinic being held the weekend of September 22 & 23, 2018.
- Email the complete electronic form any time before the Seba Kumite Clinic
